Priscilla Ahn - Find My Way Back Home (Live) @ Hotel Cafe

The amazingly talented and beautiful Priscilla Ahn playing Find My Way Back Home live at her CD Release show at the Hotel Cafe on June 10, 2008.

I was torn whether to even put these videos up as nothing on youtube does any justice to her amazing vocals. But I'm just hoping it helps to grow her fan base. Enjoy!

Priscilla Ahn Dream (different lyrics..)

I heard this beautiful song (Dream by Priscilla Ahn) the other day, and for some reason it made me think of those who are giving their lives in the war, and so I rewrote the lyrics...

I hope this doesn't upset anyone, i know nothing can do justice to what's happening overseas. It's just hard to imagine...

oh, and here are the rewritten lyrics:

I was a little boy alone in my little world who dreamed of another life for me.
I played pretend between the trees, I'd paint my face with ink and leaves, and laughed when I could find a place to hide.

I had a dream
I'd be leading the soldier's march
I had a dream.

Long walks in the dark through desert hills and fiery fires, I ask God if my time is near
The stars are smilin down on me, I hope he hears these words for free. I say a prayer and fall asleep.

I had a dream
That I would rise and hear my mother's call
I had a dream.

Now I'm tired and feeling grey. I don't know what's left to say about this life I'm willing to leave.
Fought this full and lived through hell, through many tales I'll never tell.
Not ready now, not ready now, not ready now to give this highest offering.
I had a dream

here are her original lyrics cuz i know some people will want it too:
I was a little girl alone in my little world who dreamed of a little home for me.
I played pretend between the trees, and fed my houseguests bark and leaves, and laughed in my pretty bed of green.

I had a dream
That I could fly from the highest swing.
I had a dream.

Long walks in the dark through woods grown behind the park, I asked God who I'm supposed to be.
The stars smiled down on me, God answered in silent reverie. I said a prayer and fell asleep.

I had a dream
That I could fly from the highest tree.
I had a dream.

Now I'm old and feeling grey. I don't know what's left to say about this life I'm willing to leave.
I lived it full and I lived it well, there's many tales I've lived to tell. I'm ready now, I'm ready now, I'm ready now to fly from the highest wing.

I had a dream
