Elvis Costello & Allen Toussaint - I Want You (Live at the Blue Note Festival in Gent - July 17 2007). Not the best video quality around, but the sound is quite ok! This was the first song of the encore, and my friend (who is a bigtime Elvis fan) says this version must've been totally unplanned. Usually they wouldn't play this song on the tour, but because of the fact that Elvis' guitar broke down during the first part of the show, they had Allen Toussaint play his piano part a bit earlier so they had to come up with a new start of the encore. It was a mesmerizing moment! Someone described as if he felt Elvis was playing this song just for him and that all 3000 attendents must have felt exactly the same.
